Andrea Dean

Andrea Dean is an accomplished healthcare professional and educator with extensive experience in nursing and academic roles. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of San Diego and National University since 2019 and 2018 respectively, Andrea has also held adjunct professor positions at Mira Costa Community College since 2014. As a Staff RN at Scripps Health since 2009, Andrea applies clinical expertise alongside previous experience as a Registered Nurse at Disneyland Resort. Additionally, Andrea contributes to physical education as a PE Instructor at Poway Unified School District since 2006 and has previous experience as an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator at Smith & Nephew DonJoy. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN, CNS) from Point Loma Nazarene University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from San Diego State University, complemented by an Associate Degree in Nursing from Grossmont College.
