Joel Diaz

Joel Diaz has over 30 years of experience in information systems and project management. Currently, Joel serves as IS Program Manager and previously as IS Project Manager at Scripps Health since January 2011. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Project Manager and Sr. Analyst III at Biogen Idec from 2002 to January 2011, Project Manager at SBC from 1999 to 2001, Network Operations Consultant at SDDPC from 1997 to 1998, and various positions at Time Warner Cable San Diego from 1989 to 1997, including Network Admin and Operations Coordinator. Joel holds a Master of Science in Technology Management and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from National University, along with additional academic credentials from San Diego State University.
