Ramsey al-Hakim

Ramsey Al-Hakim currently serves as a Vascular & Interventional Radiologist at Scripps Health since July 2021 and is the Founder/CEO of Auxetics since July 2019. Previously, Ramsey held the position of Vascular & Interventional Radiologist at Oregon Health & Science University from July 2017 to June 2021. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA (2007-2011), a Diagnostic Radiology Residency from UCLA (2012-2016), and a Fellowship in Vascular and Interventional Radiology from the Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute (2016-2017). Ramsey also completed a Chief Residency in Diagnostic Radiology at UCLA (2015-2016) and an Internal Medicine Internship at Tulane University School of Medicine (2011-2012). An undergraduate degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering was obtained from the Georgia Institute of Technology (2003-2007).
