Robert S. Francis

Robert S. Francis is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in health information management and education. Currently serving as a Resolute Professional Billing & Benefits Engine Specialist and Epic HIM Analyst at Scripps Health since February 2013, Robert leads the management and support of health information systems while also functioning as an Education Program Manager and Principal Trainer for various Epic modules. In addition to this role, Robert has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Saint Leo University since April 2014, focusing on the development and evaluation of learning materials. Previous experience includes instructional design and facilitation roles at organizations such as KeelWorks Foundation and Allied National High School, showcasing a strong background in adult learning theories and curriculum development. Robert holds a Master’s degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University.
