Russell Cole

Russell Cole has extensive experience in IT support and quality assurance, currently serving as a Desktop Support Technician at Scripps Health since July 2015, where responsibilities include assisting internal employees and collaborating with Tier 3 staff to resolve technical issues. Previously, Russell worked at DivX, LLC from October 2006 to July 2015 as a Desktop Support Droid, contributing to significant mergers and providing comprehensive support for all employees while dedicating time to IT projects. Earlier experience includes a role as Quality Assurance Team Lead at Linspire, Inc. from January 2004 to October 2006, where Russell managed QA workflows and maintained hands-on duties in quality analysis and hardware certification.
