Jeff Reed has an extensive career in video production and film writing, with self-employment as a Video Editor and Videographer since March 2013, alongside a role as Multi-Platform Operations Technician. As Head Writer and Co-Founder at Knoxville Films since January 2005, Jeff focuses on articles pertinent to filmmaking and site growth. Freelance work includes positions as Director of Photography and Gaffer for various DIY and HGTV productions with RIVR Media since 2003. Jeff's earlier experience spans 15 years in multiple roles, including Camera, Grip & Electric, Director, and Producer, as well as Production Associate positions at ACN, JTV, and Jewelry Television. Jeff's foundational experience includes serving as Senior Editor at Shop At Home from 1997 to 1999, with educational achievements from Pellissippi State and the US Army Signal Corp.
