Shannon Deck

Shannon Deck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academic administration and project coordination. Currently serving as the Graduate Program Project Coordinator at Scripps Research since September 2014, Shannon is responsible for managing the admissions process, providing guidance to prospective students, and coordinating interview events. Prior experience includes serving as an Academic Records Specialist at NewSchool of Architecture + Design, where responsibilities included responding to registrar inquiries and managing client interactions. Additionally, Shannon held the role of Product Coordinator at Mor Furniture from April 2002 to August 2009, focusing on product documentation, marketing strategies, and communication with company leadership. Currently pursuing education at San Diego Mesa College, Shannon combines practical experience with ongoing academic development.
