Kathleen Choal

Kathleen Choal is an experienced media executive currently serving as Regional Vice President and General Manager at The E.W. Scripps Company since October 2019. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Vice President and General Manager at KSHB-TV and was Vice President and General Manager at KSBY-TV from February 2011 to October 2019. Kathleen's career includes significant leadership roles as Station Manager and News Director at KVOA-TV, and as a Police Officer for the City of Surprise, along with various news management positions at Meredith, WCCO-TV, KPRC-TV, and KMGH-TV. Kathleen earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1987 to 1992.
