Ferrin Williams, PharmD MBA

Ferrin Williams, PharmD MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Currently, they serve as the Chief Pharmacy Officer at Scripta Insights since April 2023. Prior to this, from March 2020 to April 2023, they worked as the Vice President, Pharmacy at Lockton Companies.

From August 2017 to March 2020, Ferrin held the position of Director of Pharmacy Benefit Management at PinnacleRx Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for leading and managing the success of the Pharmacy Benefit Management company, including implementing managed care strategies and driving growth.

Before joining PinnacleRx Solutions, Ferrin gained experience at CVS Health from June 2015 to July 2017 in Pharmacy Operations. Ferrin also held various positions as a Retail Pharmacy Intern and Corporate Intern at CVS Health, where they completed the CVS Corporate Pharmacy Internship Program and contributed to projects and presentations.

Ferrin also had a Corporate Pharmacy Internship at Walgreens Corporate Headquarters, where they completed the Walgreens Corporate Pharmacy Internship Program. During this time, they worked on a Medication Therapy Management industry plan, made enterprise-wide decisions, and advised teams of undergraduate business interns.

Ferrin's early work experience includes a role as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Oklahoma Schusterman Library from August 2013 to May 2014.

Ferrin Williams, PharmD MBA, completed a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma from 2006 to 2010. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. In the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business.

In terms of additional certifications, Ferrin Williams holds a National Pharmacy Technician certification, obtained in June 2010. Ferrin is also certified in CPR/AED by the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association. Additionally, Ferrin Williams is certified as an immunizer by the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy. Ferrin has gained experience as a pharmacy intern in multiple states, including Massachusetts, Arizona, and Illinois. Furthermore, Ferrin Williams is registered as a pharmacist with the Washington State Board of Pharmacy, Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy, and Rhode Island State Board of Pharmacy.
