Molly Caldwell has been in the real estate field for 18+ years. Molly began their career in 1996 as a Test Kitchen Assistant for Saveur Magazine. In 2004, they joined Bellmarc Realty as a Sales Associate and Prudential Douglas Elliman as an Associate Broker where they built their business from the ground up and sold over 6M in properties. In 2012, they became the Interim Membership Associate for the Brooklyn Botanic Garden, where they managed customer relations and events for the Garden's 16,000+ members. In 2014, they became the Executive Director for Every Woman Biennial (formerly The Whitney Houston Biennial), where they were committed to creating an exhibition and a new consciousness in the world of art. In 2015, they became the Broker/Owner of Caldwellings Real Estate, providing boutique real estate services, and also began writing web content and specializing in real estate writing for Scripted.com.

Molly Caldwell attended Sarah Lawrence College from 1989 to 1995, where they earned a BA with a double major in Music and Sociology. Molly then attended the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) from 1996 to 1997, where they graduated with a specialization in French Cooking, Pastry and Wine.
