Heather Millen

Heather Millen is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in communications and outreach within the environmental sector. Currently serving as a Small Business Owner at HevCreates since August 2023, Heather previously held the role of Communications Lead at the Platform for Accelerating the Circular Economy, hosted by the World Resources Institute, from June 2021 to July 2023. Additionally, Heather worked as a Media and Outreach Manager at the International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement from August 2020 to June 2021 and has a notable tenure at Veolia UK, where various titles included Communications, Education, and Outreach Manager, among others. Heather holds a Master's degree in Urban Geography (Environmental) from the University of Amsterdam and two Bachelor’s degrees in Geography from The University of Queensland and the University of Leeds.
