Customer Communications Manager at ScriptPro

Kristen Meschede has a diverse work experience. Kristen started their career in 2006 as a Marketing and Communications Intern at the United States Tennis Association. In 2007, they worked as an Event Planning Intern at The Bridge Ministries. Kristen then joined ScriptPro in 2007 as a Field Trainer, responsible for providing software and robotic training and support to pharmacies. In 2011, they became a Customer Account Manager at ScriptPro, where they managed customer accounts. In 2015, they advanced to the role of Customer Communications Manager at ScriptPro, where they planned, drafted, created, and executed email communication to ScriptPro customers. Kristen also developed procedures and reporting for email communication initiatives and worked collaboratively with multiple teams and the executive team on various tasks. Additionally, they planned, coordinated, and moderated in-person and online user group meetings/webinars. No end dates were provided for their roles at ScriptPro.

Kristen Meschede began their education at Blue Springs South High School from 1999 to 2003, where they earned their high school diploma. Following that, they attended Missouri Southern State University from 2003 to 2007, majoring in Marketing & Management and obtaining their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
