Johanna Santos

Johanna Santos has a variety of work experience, starting with their current role as the Head of Content at Scrive. Johanna joined the company in 2022.

Prior to joining Scrive, Johanna worked at Booking.com from 2020 to 2022 as the Content Agency Lead. In these roles, they managed teams, ensured the delivery of high-quality content, served as a liaison between organizational stakeholders, and coordinated marketing campaigns across markets.

Prior to that, Johanna worked as a Marketing Consultant at Mikkela Marketing from 2010 to 2011, a Marketing Executive at IQPC International in 2011, a Retail E-commerce Marketing Analyst at Emitations.com from 2009 to 2010, a Production Assistant at KPBS from 2007 to 2009, and a B2B Communications Assistant & Events Planner at Metso Minerals in 2006.

Johanna also started their career as a Receptionist at Metso Minerals in 1999 and worked as a Staff Writer at The Channels from 2004 to 2005.

Johanna Santos has a Master of Arts degree in Communication from San Diego State University, which they obtained in 2008. In 2018, they received a Course Certificate in Mental Health Counseling from MHFA England. Johanna attended Öresund University, although no degree or field of study was specified, and their attendance dates are unknown. Johanna also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media and Communication from Malmö University in 2006. In 2005, they studied Marketing & Linguistics at Santa Barbara City College, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree from there.
