Marc Puntas Pino

Marc Puntas Pino is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product management and IT support. Currently serving as a Product Manager at SCRM Lidl International Hub since November 2019, Marc previously held the position of Junior Product Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Lidl, Marc worked at LIDL Supermercados from March 2014 to November 2019 as an IT Support Specialist, managing maintenance tasks, user support, and resolving level 2 and 3 incidents. Earlier in Marc's career, from August 2009 to February 2014, work as an IT Helpdesk involved level 1 support for software and hardware issues in a Linux Red Hat server environment.
