Rafaela Lucas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product ownership and project management across diverse industries. Currently serving as a Product Owner and Release Manager at SCRM - Lidl International Hub since December 2021, Rafaela drives design systems by prioritizing initiatives, aligning stakeholders, and promoting user-centered design practices. Prior roles include Technical Program Manager at Ogilvy, Software Engineer at TechStyle Fashion Group, and Project Manager for ticketing at the Rio 2016™ Olympic and Paralympic Games, among others. Rafaela holds a Postgraduate Degree in Digital Transformation from EAE Business School and an MBA in Marketing and Sports Management from Trevisan Escola de Negócios.
