Ashish Kashyap

Ashish Kashyap has extensive work experience in the finance and technology sectors. Ashish is currently the CEO and Founder of Scroll Finance, an early-stage fintech company providing smart financing solutions to homeowners and landlords. Ashish successfully closed an initial funding round for Scroll Finance in April 2021 and is preparing for the company's launch later in the year.

Prior to founding Scroll Finance, Ashish worked as a Senior Adviser and Investment Director at Patron Capital from 2009 to 2020. In their role as Investment Director, they were responsible for managing over £2 billion worth of investments in real estate credit across Western Europe. This involved leading the acquisition, active management, and disposal of investments. Key investments included funding UK buy-to-let mortgages and a related lending platform, acquiring a portfolio of UK equity release assets and the asset manager, acquiring portfolios of UK shared equity mortgages from housebuilders, setting up and scaling the UK's largest second charge mortgage lender, and managing UK and Dutch residential mortgage securities.

Before joining Patron Capital, Ashish worked as an Associate at Merrill Lynch from 2007 to 2009. Ashish began their career at Capital One as a Technology Services Lead from 2001 to 2005.
