Caroline Lesley

Caroline Lesley is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in brand management and strategic leadership across the food and beverage industries. Currently serving as an Advisor at Scrollmark and a Mentor at SKU, Caroline's previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at WTRMLN and Caribe Juice Inc., where significant growth and innovation were achieved. Notably, at Spindrift Beverage Co., Caroline played a key role in positioning the brand as the fastest-growing sparkling water in the market, tripling its Instagram community and leading record-breaking product launches. With previous experience at Coca-Cola, where p&l responsibilities and strategic oversight for smartwater and Diet Coke were managed, Caroline also contributed to brand initiatives at Danone and Campbell Soup Co. Caroline holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BS in Math from Vanderbilt University.
