Scrubditch Care Farm is a registered charity (No. 1153460) dedicated to transforming lives through therapeutic, nature-based activities in the heart of the Cotswolds countryside. Since its founding in 2010, our working farm has provided a welcoming, inclusive environment where vulnerable adults and young people—especially those with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, or additional needs—can build confidence, independence, and wellbeing through meaningful, hands-on experiences.

Our core mission is to support personal growth and social connection by offering structured, farm-based sessions that include animal care, horticulture, woodworking, gardening, cookery and seasonal tasks. These activities help participants learn practical skills, connect with nature, and enjoy a sense of purpose and achievement.

We also deliver specialised programmes such as *Feel Good Farming*—weekly sessions designed to improve wellbeing for people living with dementia and others facing life-limiting health challenges. Our Outreach visits and community events extend the farm’s impact, bringing the therapeutic benefits of animal interaction and outdoor engagement to wider groups.

Open Monday to Friday, our structured sessions and supportive team help foster resilience, social connection, and improved health for all who join us. We follow the Care Farming Code of Practice and are committed to enhancing lives through the power of nature, community, and meaningful work.
