Arne Åhlander

Arne Åhlander has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Arne is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Aqqurite AB since 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Certified Scrum Trainer at Scrum Alliance starting from 2008.

From 2011 to 2021, Arne served as the VP Client Services at Lean Systems Institute. Arne also held the position of Director of Business Development, Sweden at the same company from 2010 to 2011.

Before joining Lean Systems Institute, Arne worked at Softhouse as a Senior Consultant from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they held the role of VP Product Management and Product Manager at Obigo AB from 2002 to 2006.

Between 2001 and 2002, Arne served as the Strategic Business Development Manager at AU-System. Arne also has experience as the Managing Director at Kipling Mobile Business AB from 1999 to 2001.

Earlier in their career, Arne worked at AU-System Radio as a Consultant from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, they were a Consultant Software Engineering at Q-Labs AB from 1994 to 1997.

Arne's earliest recorded work experience is as the President and Chairman of the Board at SFS (Swedish National Union of Students) from 1989 to 1990. In this role, they represented student interests and handled various issues related to higher education.

Arne Åhlander obtained an M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University, where they studied from 1985 to 1994. In addition to their formal education, Arne has also obtained several certifications over the years. These include being a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) since June 2006, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) since November 2006, a Certified Scrum Professional-ScrumMaster since May 2007, a Certified Scrum Professional-Product Owner since May 2007, a Certified Scrum Trainer since November 2008, and receiving Diplomerad Team Coach Orangino Work certification from Orangino Work in September 2019. Most recently, in April 2022, Arne obtained a certification in Understanding and Designing Progressive Organizational Structures from Corporate Rebels. In May 2021, they attended the Immunity to Change Facilitator's Workshop conducted by Minds at Work.
