Bernerd George

Bernerd George has extensive experience in the field of engineering and management. Bernerd started their career in 2000 as an IEP Software Engineer at TRW, where they developed user interfaces and collaborated with users to understand their needs. Bernerd then became the Command and Control Lead, troubleshooting and resolving interface and code problems for the Command and Control subsystem.

In 2002, Bernerd joined TRW/Northrop Grumman Mission Systems as the GALE/SEI Team Lead, responsible for the design, implementation, testing, and integration of the SEI capability into the overall GALE system. Bernerd successfully delivered the SEI capability with their small team.

In 2005, Bernerd moved to Northrop Grumman Corporation as a GALE 5 Client Tools Lead. In this role, they designed, implemented, and tested the Client Tools subsystem for the GALE 5 program. Bernerd also managed a team of software engineers developing GUIs.

During their time at Northrop Grumman Corporation, Bernerd took on various roles, including DOME E1 Engineer, GALE Software/Systems Engineer, and Software Mission Assurance. These roles involved troubleshooting problems, coordinating with stakeholders, participating in design and code reviews, and implementing quality practices for multiple projects.

In 2013, Bernerd became a Certified Scrum Master at Scrum Alliance, where they further honed their project management skills.

Most recently, in 2018, Bernerd joined Ball Aerospace as a Mission Assurance Manager. In this role, they oversee project engineering and management to ensure the adherence to space flight quality standards in areas such as reliability, EEE parts, system safety, hardware and software quality assurance, and information assurance.

Bernerd George has a professional certificate in Design and Innovation from Stanford University. Bernerd also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science, which they obtained from an unspecified school between 1994 and 2000. Furthermore, Bernerd George holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Systems, which they completed from an unknown institution between 2003 and 2006.
