Jacky Shen

Jacky Shen began their career in 2005 at UTStarcom as an Engineer. Jacky then joined Nokia Siemens Networks in 2007, where they held various roles including R&D Manager, Certified Scrum Master, and Software Specialist until 2011. Jacky then moved on to Standard Chartered Bank as an Agile Project Manager, where they also served as an Agile Coach, Trainer, and TechShare organizer. In 2013, they joined UPerform Consulting Group as an Agile Coach and Scrum Trainer. Finally, in 2017, Jacky joined Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST).

Jacky Shen completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Acoustics from Nanjing University, graduating between the years 2001 and 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, they also obtained several certifications in the field of coaching and agile methodologies. Jacky received their certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation in June 2022. Jacky also earned the designation of Certified Scrum Trainer® from BadgeCert in October 2017 and became a Certified Team Coach in March 2016. Prior to that, they obtained the Certified Scrum Developer® (CSD®) certification from BadgeCert in February 2015. Lastly, Jacky is recognized as a Scrum Alliance Path to CSP Educator, although the specific details regarding the month and year of this certification are not provided.
