They have held key roles including Product Owner, Scrum Master, Agile Leader, and Coach, and are the author of the book "Thay Đổi Từ Tâm." Khoa is passionate about guiding organizations through Agile transformation and training them in Scrum and leadership. Currently, they are an ICF - Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a certified consultant by Leadership Circle, facilitating personal and professional development for leaders.
