Sergey Makarkin has extensive experience in project management and Agile coaching, having served in roles such as Project Manager at AVTOVAZ and Head of IT PMO at VAZSYSTEM JSC, where they implemented project management methodologies and led teams in delivering complex projects. Currently, Sergey is the Head of the Agile Transformation Office at Alfa-Bank, guiding a team of Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters to enhance value delivery and responsiveness to market changes. Additionally, they contribute to the Agile community as a Professional Scrum Trainer, teaching various Scrum courses. Sergey holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tolyatti State University and an engineering degree from Volga Region State University of Service.
