Ryo Hayashima

Ryo previously worked at A.T. Kearney, a US-based consulting firm where he formulated mid-term management plans, new business strategies, marketing with a focus on consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and energy fields. At Scrum Ventures, he manages Japanese investments and studio programs. He graduated from the University of Tokyo in with a degree in Literature.
