Jeetendra Roy has over 8 years of work experience in the field of business development and customer service. In 2013, they were appointed as the Vice President at SCRUMstudy, the global accreditation body for Scrum and Agile certifications. Jeetendra was later promoted to Assistant Vice President of Global Business Development at SCRUMstudy. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Customer Service Executive at Career Launcher. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Recruiter at Trianz from 2011 to 2012. Jeetendra is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds certifications in SMC®, SAMC™ SPOC®.

Jeetendra Roy holds a Post Graduate Diploma of Business Management from ASBM University (2009-2011), a Bachelor of Science from Utkal University (2004-2007), and an Associate of Science from Jupiter +2 Science Higher Secondary School (2002-2004). Jeetendra also holds certifications from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, including Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) obtained in November 2014, Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC®) obtained in June 2015, and Agile Master Certified (SAMC™) obtained in August 2016.
