Rachael Fleshman is an experienced educator at Scruples Professional Salon Products, where Rachael has been instrumental in providing in-salon training to enhance hairdressers' skills in color application and cutting techniques since September 2013. In addition, Rachael serves as an artistic designer at Salon Mosaic, a role undertaken since December 2004, focusing on creating personalized styles, cuts, and color for clients while considering their overall image and lifestyle.
