Prathap M is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience across various companies. Currently serving as Director of Customer Success at Scrut Automation since April 2022, Prathap M previously held the position of Manager of Customer Success at LeadSquared from February 2021 to April 2022. Prior to that, Prathap M worked at Mobisy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as AVP Customer Success and Associate Business Analyst from September 2017 to January 2021. Beginning a career as an IT Analyst at STS International, Inc. from July 2015 to July 2016, Prathap M specialized in analyzing and implementing effective solutions while assisting clients with CRM training. Educationally, Prathap M earned an Executive MBA in Marketing from Dayananda Sagar Institutions and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree from CMR Group of Institutions.
