Sandhana Krishnan has a work experience spanning from 2017 to the present. They started their career at Lucas TVS as a Production Engineer from July 2017 to October 2019. Later, they joined SparesHub (Iradium Automobiles Pvt. Ltd.) as a Procurement Engineer in May 2019 and continued in that role until July 2023. Currently, Sandhana is working at Scrut Automation as a Production Support Engineer, starting in July 2023.

Sandhana Krishnan completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from VELS University between the years 2011 and 2015. Subsequently, in 2022, they joined NxtWave's CCBP 4.0 Intensive program as a Fellow, which they completed in 2023.
