Jeff Abramson

Jeff Abramson is the founder of SCS and a founding partner at ESP. They have held senior purchasing and supply chain leadership roles across the restaurant and hospitality industries, including founder of SCS (2018–Present) and founding partner at Encore Strategic Partners (2025–Present). They previously served as Vice President of Purchasing and Supply Chain at Famous Dave's of America (2008–2016) and at Romano's Macaroni Grill (2016–2018), and held positions at United Airlines (1990–2000) and Rainforest Cafe (2000–2001). They earned a Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies degree at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (1985–1987) and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout (1987–1989).
