Jennifer McCafferty

Jennifer McCafferty serves as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at SCS Engineers, leading the recruiting function for 70 offices nationwide since July 2016. In this role, Jennifer is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and strategy across various divisions and levels within the company. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Enterprise Holdings as a Talent Acquisition Manager from November 2005 to June 2015, overseeing recruiting for three corporate regions and managing various aspects of the recruitment process. Jennifer's career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car began in July 1998 and included roles such as Management Trainee, Assistant Manager, Branch Manager, and Local Corporate Account Manager, covering areas like business planning, sales, marketing, and human resources. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
