Sam Cooke

Sam Cooke, PE, is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in wastewater treatment and environmental consulting. Cooke has served as Vice President and Project Director at SCS Engineers since 1995, leading national wastewater treatment initiatives. Prior roles include Principal/Senior Engineer at BT Squared, Inc., and Principal/Senior Chemical Engineer at Nine Springs Environmental Consultants, both of which merged into SCS Engineers.
