Don Scott is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and sustainability. Currently serving as Technical Manager at SCS Global Services since January 2021, Don focuses on providing high-quality scientific certification for renewable fuels and circular materials in the global marketplace. Prior to this role, Don was the Director of Sustainability at the National Biodiesel Board from February 2007 to August 2020, where efforts were concentrated on promoting environmental stewardship and sustainable practices in biodiesel production. Earlier in their career, Don held the position of Environmental Engineer at the Missouri Department of Natural Resources from 1995 to 2007, where Don developed Missouri's source water assessment and protection programs and served as Chief of Surface Water. Don holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Environmental Protection from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
