Kenichi Shohtoku has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kenichi (KEN) has served as the Group Managing Partner at SCS-Invictus Group since 2002. In 2017, they joined SCS Europe B.V. as a Director. Prior to that, they worked at Arthur Andersen & Co. as a Manager from July 1999 to November 2001 and as an Audit Senior from October 1995 to July 1999.
Kenichi Shohtoku obtained a BA in Economics from Keio University from 1989 to 1993. Later, from 2023 to 2025, they pursued an Executive MBA from UMIO | Maastricht University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including SA8000® Introduction and Basic Auditor Training Course from Social Accountability International in January 2022, Certified Public Accountant from the Washington State Board of Accountancy in December 2013, Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) in July 2010, and Certified Public Accountant (Japan) from the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants in May 1999.
