Sayaka Yanagi

Sayaka Yanagi is a Data Engineer at SCSK Europe Ltd. since June 2022, with prior experience as a Data Science Intern at Fieldwork Robotics Ltd. from August 2021 to January 2022. During the internship, Sayaka contributed to the machine learning team focused on developing autonomous robotic fruit pickers, successfully training a raspberry ripeness classification model that achieved over 98% accuracy, precision, and recall across all classes. Sayaka holds an MSc in Applied Social Data Science from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2020 - 2021), completed an exchange program at Sciences Po (2018 - 2019), and earned a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Hitotsubashi University (2016 - 2020).
