Chris Garcia is a seasoned professional in the field of inspection, currently serving as the lead deputy inspector at SCST, LLC since October 2018. Chris has extensive experience, having worked as a deputy inspector for Smith-Emery since May 2017 and providing special inspection and engineering services independently for Smith-Emery since August 2016.
