Doug Skinner

Doug Skinner has extensive experience in geological engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineering Geologist and Estimator at Atlas Technical Consultants since April 1999. Alongside this role, Doug Skinner has held the position of Senior Engineering Geologist at SCST, Inc. since April 1999. Previously, Doug Skinner worked as an Environmental Geologist at Petra Geotechnical from April 2008 to April 2009. Doug Skinner earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology, Urban Planning, and Resource Management from Brigham Young University, completing studies from 1991 to 1996.
