Kevin Balinger

Kevin Balinger has extensive experience in quality control and inspection, currently holding the position of Quality Control Inspector at SCST, Inc. Since January 1994, Kevin has served as an Inspector for FEMA, contributing to various critical projects. Kevin's educational background includes a degree in Construction from San Diego City College, attended from 1999 to 2003, and earlier studies at Grossmont College from 1984 to 1987.
