Ousama Hanif

Regional Director, North America at SCT Global

Ousama Hanif is the current Regional Director for North America at SCT Global. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior RF Consultant for Nokia from October 2012 to May 2013. There, they were responsible for the performance improvement and acceptance of NSN RBS modernization project in Madina region.

From December 2010 to December 2011, Hanif worked as a Senior RF Consultant for Huawei. Ousama was part of the team that started Ufone NPM Project in 2010, and their key tasks included radio strategy, performance analysis and improvement exercises in U-fone's northern region.

From July 2007 to December 2010, Hanif worked as a Senior RF Consultant for LCC - A Tech Mahindra Company. Ousama was part of the team that worked on Telenor's performance improvement drive for 3 years, and their key tasks included performance analysis and improvement, radio network optimization, city level optimization/redesign, RF coverage and capacity planning, traffic forecasting/dimensioning/expansions, frequency planning, and drive testing/customer complaints.

Hanif began their career as an RF Engineer for Warid Telecom from April 2005 to August 2007. Ousama then worked as an RF Engineer for Jazz (previously known as Mobilink) from August 2004 to February 2005.

Ousama Hanif received a BE in Telecommunications from the National University of Sciences and Technology. Ousama also attended high school at FG Sirsyed College and FG School I-9/4 Islamabad, where they studied pre-engineering.

Ousama Hanif reports to Bilal Qureshi, CEO. They are on a team with Syed Junaid - COO, Software Services, Abdur Raheem - Regional Director, EU Region, and Tahira Khan - HR Executive.
