Currently serving as the West Central Regional Sales Manager at SCUBAPRO since October 2011, Scott revitalized an under-performing territory, achieving an 81% increase in regional gross sales through effective account management. Previous roles include Sales and Marketing Specialist at Workskiff, where Scott expanded sales in various sectors, and Sales and Marketing Development Director at Fathom Yachts, focusing on higher-end recreational vessels. Earlier career positions involved sales management and service roles across several companies, including Aluminum Chambered Boats and Clearwater Marine. Scott began their career in the US Navy, managing engineering operations on a nuclear submarine. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Western Washington University and certifications from Global Underwater Explorers in cave diving and technology.
