Xavier Contreras

Xavier Contreras has held a variety of roles in the sales and engineering fields since 1996. Their work experience includes serving as an Applications Engineer at Greene, Tweed from 1996-1998, a Design Engineer at AQUA-DYNE from 1998-1999, a Design/Project Engineer at Gardner Denver Pumps from 1999-2008, a Territory Sales Manager at Gardner Denver from 2008-2011, an International Sales Product Manager-Petroleum & Industrial Pump Division and an Engineering Manager at Gardner Denver Pumps from 2011-2016, an Area Sales Manager-LATAM at Gardner Denver Pumps from 2016-2020, and a Major Account Manager at Scully Signal Company since 2022. Their roles have included developing and recommending action plans for growth and profitability of specific product lines, analyzing market potential for new products and applications, managing and directing all aspects of the engineering department, supervising engineering personnel, and interacting with applications, sales, and marketing to develop and communicate to the organization a thorough understanding of product and process requirements of customers.

Xavier Contreras received their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston in 1996. Xavier then went on to pursue a Master in Business Administration from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, which they completed in 2009. Xavier Contreras graduated from Milby High prior to their university studies.
