Kaitlin Young

Kaitlin Young is an Analyst in Real Estate Private Equity at Sculptor Capital Management since September 2022, following a role as a Summer Real Estate Analyst at the same company earlier in 2021. Previous experience includes a Summer Analyst position focused on credit at Emerald Creek Capital and a Summer Research Internship at The Wharton School under Professor Todd Sinai in the Real Estate Department. Kaitlin's background also features an Asset Management Internship at Omni New York, LLC, where expense analysis for affordable housing properties was conducted, and an Acquisitions & Development Summer Internship at Property Link LLC, which involved financial modeling and market research.
