Steven Pahuskin

Steven Pahuskin has a strong background in tax law and corporate counsel. Steven began their career as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP in 2013, where they worked until 2017. During their time there, they gained experience in various legal matters. In 2017, Steven joined Sculptor Capital Management as a Tax Counsel. Steven provided expert advice on tax-related issues and played a crucial role in the company's tax strategy. Steven was promoted to the position of Managing Director - Tax Director & General Counsel - Corporate & Taxation in December 2021. Steven's expertise in tax law and their experience in corporate counsel have made him a valuable asset to both companies they have worked for.

Steven Pahuskin has a strong educational background in law and accounting. Steven obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Binghamton University in 2009. Steven then went on to attend Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned their Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree in 2012. Steven further pursued their studies at Georgetown University Law Center and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Tax Law/Taxation in the same year.
