Will Thompson is a seasoned professional in the hospitality industry with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Sculpture Hospitality since September 2022, Will has previously held managerial roles at Omni Hotels & Resorts and The Omni Grove Park Inn, as well as positions focusing on food and beverage supervision. Notably, Will co-founded The Grain Restaurant, where responsibilities included managing back of house operations and menu creation. Will's career also includes foundational roles at Tahoe Mountain Resorts Lodging and Mellow Mushroom. Will holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Georgia Southern University, completed in 2011.
