Ruth Case

Ruth Case has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Currently, they are employed as a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Scurri since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Technical Support Engineer at Scurri from September 2020 to March 2022.

Before joining Scurri, Ruth worked at Workhuman, where they had various roles. Ruth served as an Associate Product Owner from January 2018 to July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Engineer from February 2013 to January 2018, supporting the production support and Single-Sign On (SSO) team. Additionally, they were a Product Configuration Specialist at Workhuman from July 2011 to February 2013, where they dealt with multiple teams, managed time, solved problems, fixed bugs, implemented the product, and handled customer queries.

Ruth's earlier work experience includes a role as a Junior Web Developer at t2 from June 2010 to October 2010. In this position, they demonstrated initiative, problem-solving skills, teamwork, client interaction, and development and maintenance of websites.

Ruth Case attended the Waterford Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011, where they pursued a degree in Software Systems Development. In 2017, they briefly enrolled at Griffith College Dublin to acquire the fundamentals of Business Analysis. Additionally, Ruth Case obtained a Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) certification from Scrum.org in April 2018 and a Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in October 2017.
