Kevin Pfeifer has extensive experience in the construction industry. Kevin is currently serving as the Head of Business Development at Scurto Cement Construction Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Abbey Paving, where they led the company's growth and expansion. Additionally, Kevin served as the Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Pavement Sustainability and Value Engineering at Rock Solid Stabilization & Reclamation, Inc. Kevin also worked at Holland LP, where they held various roles including Managing Director and General Manager of Welding Group. Moreover, Kevin's work experience includes serving as the Vice President/General Manager Operations at CURRAN CONTRACTING COMPANY, Operations Manager at Granite Construction, and Regional Operations Manager at Payne and Dolan, Inc. Throughout their career, Kevin has demonstrated their expertise in managing construction projects, expanding business footprints, and leading employee-owned companies.

Kevin Piefer obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University, where they studied from 1990 to 1993. Earlier, from 1989 to 1990, they attended Northwestern University, where they pursued Engineering Technology, but did not complete a degree.
