Lena Karpovich

Lena Karpovich has worked in the recruiting and staffing industry since 2018. Lena began their career at Develandoo, a leading AI company in Armenia, where they held the role of Senior Recruiter and Recruiter. In 2021, they moved to Scylla, a world-leading gun detection system, as Recruiting Manager - Central, Eastern Europe and Recruiter - Central, Eastern Europe.

Lena Karpovich obtained a Bachelor's degree in public administration and law from the Academy of Public Administration under the aegis of the President of the Republic of Belarus between 2008 and 2013. In 2016, they attended HRPR recruiting school for further training in HR, recruiting, and PR. Additionally, Lena has obtained three certifications: an advanced training course in HR and IT recruitment from Škola Širkinoj in July 2022, a course in hiring, retaining, and growing top millennial talent from LinkedIn in March 2021, and a tech sourcing certification course from AmazingHiring Global in June 2020.
