Nosir Tolibov

Nosir Tolibov has worked for several companies, beginning with Refugees Children & Vulnerable Citizens (RCVC) in 2012 as a System Administrator. In 2015, they joined Beeline (Takom) as a Lead Specialist, Service Platforms Development, and later as a Senior of Configuration Business Support Systems and a Business Systems Development Specialist. In 2019, they became a Team Lead at VEON, and in 2021 they changed roles to become a Software Engineer at СБЕР. Nosir is currently a Data Engineer at Scylla, a position they have held since 2022.

Nosir Tolibov has a Master of Computer Science from the Technological University of Tajikistan, which they obtained between 2015 and 2017. Nosir also has a Bachelor of Automation Systems from the same university, which they obtained between 2011 and 2015. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Coursera in March 2020, Python Programming and Using Python to Access Web Data from Coursera in May 2018, Android App Components - Intents, Activities, and Broadcast Receivers from Coursera in April 2018, Fundamentals of Graphic Design from Coursera in April 2018, an English course from the University of Central Asia in August 2013, and Training of Information Technologies and Modern Journalism from the Centre of ICT and Independent School of Journalism “Tajikistan - XXI Century” in November 2012.
