Erika Delgado is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in growth and customer advocacy. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Growth at ScyllaDB since February 2024, Erika focuses on delivering predictable performance at scale for organizations requiring ultra-low latency. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Sr. Director of Event Engagement at SD Times from November 2023 to March 2024, and spent over two decades at Parasoft where Erika progressed from Director of Analyst & Public Relations to Director of Customer Advocacy.
