David Serna is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in digital marketing and business reputation management. As the Founder and CEO of Feedb since January 2014, David has developed a platform that automates customer feedback collection, transforming it into impactful testimonials and positive reviews. In addition, David has also served as Founder and CEO of SD Internet Marketing, a full-service web development and digital marketing agency, since 2008. David holds an MBA in Internet Marketing from Golden Gate University and a degree from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business.
