Chitra Dhayalan, PMP, ITIL has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Chitra began their career in 1996 as a Project Lead at DataSoft Technologies. In 1997, they moved to Compuware Corporation as a Project Manager. In 2008, they were a Senior Project Manager at The AES Corporation. In 2009, they were a Manager of Program Management at Sapient. In 2012, they were a Director of IS at AmeriHealth Caritas and a Director of Claims Systems and Application Services at DC Chartered Health Plan. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Director of Strategic Initiatives at NETE. In 2016, they were a Technical Delivery Director at Vertical Resources and a Managing Partner at Enquizit, Inc. | AWS Partner in Cloud Migration & Application Modernization. Since 2018, they have been the Vice President of Strategic Programs at SD Solutions LLC.

Chitra Dhayalan, PMP, ITIL, obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science & Information Technology from Bharathiar University between 1986 and 1990.
